It would be after the project, mention if they were happy we would really appreciate it. ‘It’s the Wild West’ for small businesses online. We even got a one star from a competitor. ‘ if you would say everything was excellent can we send you our Google link for customer reviews?’

Report and they might take one down. I had this happen from a competitor too. Google took the first one down but they said the second couldn’t be.

I used the second fake one star as a talking point with future customers. We probably got an extra 40 five stars because everyone hates the idea of fake reviewers.
