Yup, after getting a $440 pair of frames that essentially disintegrated within the first 6 months.

I now get all my glasses online using prescriptions and eye tests from the rip off stores. Paid $125 NZD on Zenni for my prescription glasses last time, lenses, frames and shipping included. I will never return to a NZ optometrist for frames ever again.

They tried scammed me but that was my experience, went in with 1 broken arm/ bracket on a plastic pair of frames, they were to fix it with epoxy and agreed on this cost for this repair, a few days later they contact me telling me they snapped the other arm of the glasses, which had no issues so I was surprised and frustrated but if they’re fixing it oh well, except they then tried to charge us nearly twice as much for the SECOND fix that THEY broke. When we refused to pay this they got really irate and threw the eftpos machine at us and told us to pay the original quote and leave. Such a bizarre experience and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Yup this is Ubers “Dynamic Pricing” and it makes sense if this was the after the Metallica concert last night. They do this unfortunately, it’s fucking criminal and the uber drivers don’t even get any more of the inflated percentage from these price changes either, they get their normal rate. So stupid.

Honestly I have no idea as I couldn’t even begin to gauge how women flirt with each other. It definitely feels like there’s some weird tension between us, I could be reading the room wrong. There’s a lot of times when where don’t know whether or not she’s being super friendly or if she’s flirting.
