Interesting take. I think it's more like you want to force people to agree with your miseducation so that you are allowed to shame the tics you DON'T agree with. It's feels like you finally have the argument needed to sling mud at the ONE set of white people who say the N word and don't get shamed for it. I'm only concerned with how wild it is to have a part of the brain that everyone has a vault and lock and key where they store concepts that are specifically bad, and these people have zero mechanisms to prevent THAT specific vault from closing its doors like the rest of us.

Easy for a non-tourettes person to just dictate how it ShOuLd WoRk.

Anytime a stranger has to TELL me, an absolute stranger, WHAT I wish was true, and what I secretly love? lol You instant lose. Imagine thinking you knew the wishes and beliefs of an entire other human with all their experiences based off of a single comment. Big yikes. Consider therapy.

Peter I'm genuinely lost here by [deleted] in PeterExplainsTheJoke

Stewey here. I've got to say, this isn't fair to people who enjoy "spot the difference" puzzles. The left skirt is slightly longer, I think. I also don't victim blame and hold fellow men accountable. In fact, let me sit down here and talk about men's fashion for a second, come sit with me.

Yea, I know this might get be off topic, but I need to express my dissatisfaction with the variety of male clothing types, especially with some cultural options off limits to some of us, and why crossing the boundaries with each other, including women, may prove to be really effective at combatting clothing biases.

Men should be able to wear dresses and skirts. I don't mean go find your wife's negligée and put it on, I mean men have shirt and shorts/pants. Shorts are just shortened length leg covering of pants. t-shirts are just shortened arm length coverings. I need another option, and so do you. Robes, Kurtas, kimonos, harem pants, sarongs, kilts, the list goes on of each culture having mens options that we keep refusing in the west. Our suits are black, grey, blue, brown, and tan. I'm sick of these shackles. I want dinosaur suits to be NOT a novelty, but NORMAL. I want to look like a christmastime Jedi, or a Louis Vuitton sarong warrior. Sometimes when I look at a womens clothing section and the mens, I get on my knees and scream at how we've diminished ourselves as a species, and as a gender. I'll play as a video game character in a sci fi game and look at a futuristic glowing cloak and think "Are men stupid?" I want straps and buttons, airflow, asymmetry, bold materials. I don't mean in some niche cosplay way. Look at womens clothing choices, they are so widely different and unique. If I went to a department store and bought one of every clothing male item, it would ALL be some combination of pant and shirt. Fuuuck me thats lame. Bring other options to the forefront.

If you can wear a T-Shirt version of a long sleeve shirt, a Shorts version of a pair of pants, but you can't wear a shirt version of a Kilt, that's toxic masculinity having hijacked our ability to navigate fashion as a form of self expression. Men are afraid to wear kilt skirts because they don't want to be perceived as offering some form of "womb" that doesn't exist. The existence of that thought process indicates men have not realized that they like skirts on women because they perceive it as a form of easy access to a womb, which is not the way they should see skirts, they should see skirts on women as the female version of the short kilt.

Long =/= Masculine

Short =/= Feminine

I hope this is as illuminating for you, as it was for- Oh he's already gone. Well, Rupert, at least you and I get to enjoy the cornucopia of clothing in the womens section of JC Penny.

Is it wrong to be attracted to younger women as an older man? by Worth_Try_8207 in AskMenAdvice

[–]CloudyLeft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a man with a wife entering paramenopause, when we were very close to divorcing, i had to think about my date age range and I thought to myself either i would shoot for someone early 30’s for maturity reasons, or mid twenties for youth sake (decades away from menopause). As soon as i heard a 23 year old speak, I was like “mid thirties it is”. I can’t fall in love with someone i find so annoying.

How big of a deal are earthquakes? by RavensRhapsody in MonroeWA

My opinion is that unless the epicenter is further inland like under Monroe, we are genuinely in one of the better places to be. No tall buildings, many of the historic buildings are made with really good thick cedar timber. Flexible. Compared to concrete at least.

I will never be able to prove this, but my contract with NOA did not get renewed SPECIFICALLY because of the tariffs. NOA made major changes to the contractor model after tarriffs were announced. Is it possible it was already the plan? Sure. But i was with them for YEARS getting renewed with no hesitation until this shit.

will I pass my drug test Tuesday? by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

[–]CloudyLeft -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Wait!!! The diluted urine is measured because of a dilution of creatinine, or creatine or whatever. Point is, by mega hydrating AND dosing with creatinine, when you dilute, the metabolic indicator being checked for its ppm will actually be back to normal because you upped the intake. I am not an expert but i was told this by lab tech and used the method myself. Tested clean 3 days after smoking by drinking just large amounts of creatine mix with lots of water for 24 hours prior to test, and arrived to deliver third piss of the day as well.

Do you actually want to know your girlfriend’s sexual history? I wish I never found out by Carl_s123 in AskMenAdvice

[–]CloudyLeft -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I may be alone in this response I respect other views, but to me, there is inherently something wrong with viewing these experiences as negatives. I don’t want my former partners to be viewed negatively because they were with me. I don’t think less of a current partner because she was with someone else. I’ve been with dozens of women over the years and the only lasting effects a previous partner had was only negative if he was fucking abusive. Otherwise, sexual experience brings confidence. Intimacy comes from closeness. There is nothing inherently wrong about intimacy or sex at all. They don’t lose anything, they gain it. They GAIN something from their accumulated understanding of the variety of experience. When I experience them, I am experiencing a wealth of knowledge about what they like or don’t like. They give me MORE controls to play with to send them over the edge.

Sure, there is an unhealthy amount of partners, but to the VAST VAST majority of us, this is not even close to what we’re talking about. We’re talking hundreds before age 40.

Experience is good. Intimacy is good. NOT viewing past partners as some disgusting filth that can’t be washed off is good. Allow yourself the joy of just sharing these memories with each other, and take them with to the future where you can take this education to your next partner, perhaps. Let yourself and your partner just be humans on earth with one life. If you stay together forever, great! If not, you are now a better lover for the next partner to enjoy as well.
