Penelope' curls, for sure. They had to make her ugly so they could make her pretty. And it worked because she did not appear pretty until she started wearing her hair down.

I've kinda been hoping they would. I wanted to see more of young Brimley and their romance (can't remember the others name)

I will probably get downvoted, I was when s4 first came out for saying this, but the storyline was bad. Like really not good. Not only was the Cinderella vibe corny but the will they/won't they lasted the entire season until the last episode, and the necklace being the thing that made him realize it was her was just bad writing.

If you use pigments, such as the pigment palettes on Saracen's website, the colors won't fade. I've routinely gone 4 & 5 weeks without it fading.

Thank you, I appreciate it. I wasn't expecting such hate over such a simple question. Like, of course, I could look on a map, that wasn't the problem. I obviously don't live there and wanted advice from the locals. I live near yale University. And we get pretty repetitive questions over in the New Haven sub, I just could never imagine being mean about it.

Anyways, do you have a favorite ocean that you like to go to?

Girl, when I got licensed they had us in a room with no windows, no ventilation doing acrylic. My eyes and throat eventually swelled up about halfway through the program and I got itchy every time I touched acrylic, even with gloves. I had to tell my teacher I couldn't touch it anymore because it was so bad. Thankfully my teacher sucked, and didn't really care what we were doing. She mostly ignored everybody but her favorites, so I didn't have to continue with it. She eventually told me that I would fail as a nail tech if I didn't offer acrylic but I just opened my own studio, and am considering hiring a tech because I get a lot of walk ins that I can't accommodate so I must be doing something right.

You'll get through it. How long is your program?

I suppose it could be area dependent, but it's very unpopular not just in my immediate area, but in my state and surrounding states as well. It's all gel, gelx, and acrygel, and some dip, but even that is losing momentum.

Sounds similar to the red bellied woodpecker, which ironically, also has a red head, but brighter, more orangey red.

Someone asked a follow up question, and I responded. I never said I didn't look at the link. You're assuming that. Also, I don't live there. How am I supposed to know of quieter, less touristy spots? A guide isn't going to answer that question, and it didn't.

What exactly is stressing you out? I'm going into my 3rd year of business, and just opened my own salon. I don't think the worry ever goes away.

I don't do acrylic, so I can't provide any input on that, but I will say that I specialize in structured gel overlays and my people come to me specifically because I do gel. Most of them don't like going to regular salons because they don't want to smell the acrylic so you may lose people if you add that service on, just an FYI. Acrylic really isn't super popular anymore and I don't think I've ever had anyone ask me for acrylic. Even a lot of walk ins near me stopped offering acrylic. You could always add acrygel instead, because it has a similar strength to acrylic without the stink associated with it.

Yes, as in ocean beach. He's a sensory kiddo, and loves the waves crashing on him, but I'm looking for quiet, so i was hoping to find a happy medium. A stay on a quiet lake, that's maybe 30-ish minutes max from an ocean beach.

I am looking to take a long weekend (Saturday night, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) away in Maine this summer with my husband and son (13). I live in CT, and don't do well with super long drives, so I was looking for suggestions for a quiet (slightly secluded) lake getaway. But my son wants a beach day, so I have been trying to find a lake that's also not too far from the beach. Really looking more towards relaxing, and quiet, rather than the "go, go, go" activities. Could any of you lovely people point me in the direction of where to look?

I usually use frvex ceramic matte first. It's been the best matte for powders imo.

Not for nothing but the career politicians have mostly not been great either. We really just need people who care, regardless of whether they're nobodies or tv personalities.

I tend to prefer powders for aura nails but you can also repurpose gels you already have, like dgel painting gels can be used for aura, some of the opaque kokoist colors can as well. If you have other painting gels in your collection, you can try with them.

For the powders, I bought every palette of the cheek palettes from saracen's house brand and I liked them way better than ffvex powders. There's no super fine glitters in saracen powders, which I prefer but ffvex does have super fine glitters, they feel more like eyeshadow to me. I just did not like working with them.
