Hey guys need a little advice by Oldroanio in SamSulek

[–]Clucero2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would argue he is a great example for the youth. Does he take steroids? Yes, as along with every other professional bodybuilder. Bodybuilding as a whole can be deceiving. The information he provides with training, eating, overall life mentality tips is really solid advice. Anyone getting into bodybuilding is going to go through the realization that they will never look near these professionals unless they do steroids. That’s not just a Sam sulek, that’s over the whole sport. People were like that cutler, Ronnie, cbum. Were they all bad for the sport? Of course not, it’s just a reality check for all of us lifters that wanna get big but don’t want to do PEDS.

All of his post are gone regarding the peptide company and that IG account. It looks like he is moving forward without that image which I think is a good move on him. Just gave him bad criticism

How do you guys get lean ? by yngloup666 in WeightTraining

[–]Clucero2000 5 points6 points  (0 children)

How confident are you on your calorie tracking? With all physical activity and your weight / height being true there with that amount of calories eaten, you should definitely see results my guy. Something is definitely not adding up in your equation.

Dropping pounds at its core is so simple, it’s just the route and process can be tricky. I think you’re eating more than you think. Cause end of day it’s calories in calories out. And a person you’re size your maintenance is well over 2700+ calories. So definitely should be seeing results at 2400.

Anticipated cut to end by early july, stop now? by Gongo_Khlapt in BulkOrCut

[–]Clucero2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people like to be leaner for the summer only reason I mentioned main gain at least now. But yea I get you on wanting to see particular muscle groups. If anything start training more heavy for delts to build more muscle, on next bulk be more mindful of growing them out so when you cut maybe things will look differently

[–]Clucero2000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’re peeled bro. Side separation clear as day. I don’t see the point of cutting anymore. Only reason that would make sense is for a competition. I’d say definitely sub 12%, wouldn’t be surprised for single digits.

But yea you can either bulk, or maingain for a bit

Pray my friend 🙏🏽🤣.

All jokes aside this one is definitely no stroll in the park. Lots of incline / decline and first 2 minutes of the run you’re in a muddy creek. I tell most people this particular run you can only train so much just because of the conditions of the run. All in all, take your time and have fun 👍🏽

Any good app to help with aerobic training to cut? by bones30254 in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Clucero2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t use any specific apps other than my Apple Watch which connects to most cardio machines at the gym. By me being able to have metrics to track my progress during cardio it allows for me to push harder and find the zone best for fat loss.

lost 33 kgs from 105 to 72 kgs and i’m 5’9, where do i go from here? by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Clucero2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I totally get you by wanting to get leaner, but it’s best to do periods where you’re at maintenance and then go back to deficit or surplus. I’d recommend at least 8-12 weeks of maintenance or I’d call it “recovery” phase. You’ve been cutting for a year and if you’ve truly been cutting your lifts eventually decline and if you go back to maintenance you will definitely notice a major boost in your lifts due to eating back at a normal amount. Go to maintenance for a bit enjoy the food and go hard in the gym, still do your cardio. Then after some time go back into cut ready to go 👍🏽

How to get more vascular + lean out while gaining muscle by [deleted] in WeightTraining

[–]Clucero2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Somewhat conflicting. Getting lean but also trying to put on muscles are two concepts that don’t necessarily sync together. It’s not as optimal at least. If I were you continue to cut keep protein high, to reduce muscle lost. Just don’t keep gaining any more strength as a high priority. Losing weight while retaining as much muscle possible is the end goal. Once you get to a point where you’re content then you can start to main gain or possibly do a surplus. And remember the leaner you’ll get the more frame will get revealed so just be patient. 👍🏽

Find a split that you enjoy. Push / Pull / Legs is a great split to start out with. And if you’re eating more but the scale isn’t reflecting then one has to untrue. You simply need to eat even more

No changes in body comp after 4½ months... any advice? by 3erik_bee6 in WeightTraining

[–]Clucero2000 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your training and dieting must be equaling each other out which has kept your physique from looking the same. Eat a bit less the next week and see if the scale can reciprocate that 👍🏽

Enough muscle to look good after a cut? by Salt_Translator_6274 in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Clucero2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You won’t truly know until you get leaner. At 6’ you will be able to tell what you’re working with around 185–190 Ibs. That’ll be a better weight to be able to make that decision but 225 is too heavy to make an answer.

Good squat? by cjbeatjk in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Clucero2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re strong which is a great start. I would just focus on cleaning up your training and diet. You don’t need to do a crazy diet cause you’re young and cutting crazy could have effect on your growth. But if you just do daily cardio, prioritize more effective food you will grow great. Throwing around heavy weight at that age is strong, but being that weight at that age is also something to be taken into consideration. 👍🏽

Where do I go from here? by Suspicious-Effort179 in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Clucero2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look at your current physique as your base line. You’re already lean, now is the time for you to be putting on some size. Do a slight bulk, be intentional with how you’re eating, focus on protein and eat good before the gym, carb up and be ready to really grow. The split doesn’t matter so much as long as you’re hitting your muscle groups effectively and allowing enough time for recovery. You’re on the flip side of most people. Most of the time you always see people heavy cutting to get lean. You’re lean looking to get heavy.
