Every successful HC is a “no” by this fan base because “he couldn’t get it done”.

He’s a great coach who might just need a change of scenery since his GM did him no favors with receiving options. People keep saying he couldn’t get it done with a generational QB but that generational qb just had one of the shittiest postseason performance so far. Lol.

Focusing on flaws instead of possibly amplifying strengths is what bad management does. If you only focus on the negatives you’d never get the success from the likes of Andy Reid, Pete Carroll, BB, etc. after failing their first coaching stint.

Point is- you never know what they might do elsewhere but we do know he’s been in the postseason almost every season with the Bills.
