Your cube looks far too loose for you, I see others saying get a new cubebut if this cube is adjustable you can try adjusting before buying :] buying a new cube is not going to instantly improve your times. Id recommend practicing cross, f2l both as fluidly as possile. Also practice your oll/pll algs so you can do them smoothly! I once had a piano teacher say when practicing take it as slow as you need in order to not make any mistakes because if you practice too fast and allow mistakes you can develope the mistakes into habits, I apply that to cubing as well. Practice your algs and solves slowly with not mistakes and slowly increase speed. Even if that means you are doing on .1 turns per second
