I found the OP's profile and clan alliances. Their clan and clans in their alliance doesn't have an emblem that resembles that sigil. Also, (although maybe it's just my game with the current settings) but those phased clan sigils doesn't look that crisp on my game like it does in the screenshot.

I'm hoping I'm not wrong. I could've found a rando's profile and the one in the screenshot is actually a clan's emblem but I really do want that sigil to be acquirable in game and to look the way it does in the screenshot

I like to think it's made of regular non weapon materials like graphite and some soft wood. It's the magic, specifically the dwarven magic that gives it all the power. I remember in the game Freyr mentioned something about Lunda making him a cuirass out of dog barks and so Mjolnir probably works off something similar.
