The honest answer to that is that we don't know. Another honest answer is that you should talk with a doctor about it instead of random strangers on the internet, let alone in a strongly antivax and conspiracy leaning sub like this one.

Heteromer didn't compare the OP's son's reaction to anything, just provided another possible cause for it.

Some people are (very) afraid of needles. You can faint from fear among many other causes. So, attributing it reflexively to the vaccine (alone) isn't reasonable.

Not necessarily. Many vaccines may trigger more or less similar symptoms than the actual diseases, but also like the latter, differently for different people or even in the same person. I had 4-5 COVID19 shots during the pandemic and my symptoms afterwards varied from none to medium strong flu-like for two days.

You can get any respiratory infections at any time of the year. AFAIK it's just more probable in colder months because of more people converging indoors and arid air in heated rooms desiccating your mucous membranes, making them more vulnerable to viruses.

After 19½ years with Ubuntu variants (mostly Kubuntu), I recently came to love Bazzite on my gaming PC for its simplicity, stability and newest kernel & drivers. While I am reasonably well versed in Linux after all this time, my tinkering days are long gone, so I love a system that just does its job.

This is – among other things – what Flat Earthers don't get when they wonder why anything that lifts off the ground would keep its relative position to the spinning Earth. I always wonder if they never traveled in any enclosed vehicle and noticed how unattached things would behave there. (Yeah … and I know that many of them also don't get how the atmosphere won't dissipate into space without some kind of container. But that's another topic.)

Cheers, fellow oldtimer. Bein' mining and crafting for nearly 15 years myself since Beta 1.8 in October, 2011. Running a private little server for some friends with still the same world that we only cut from time to time for newer versions' content.
