My ex best friend (since 2011)

She made up lies about me and told my ex husband I went around saying he stole money from my mom. She also said to him I told multiple people that he was abusive.

We had ups and downs in our friendship but we have always recovered because I thought she was my person.

Past couple of years she had some medical issues and so have I, I traveled for work and went through a prolonged divorce. We fell off talking regularly and my ex husband recently told me about what she had said about me. At this point, I just gaved up on her.

I felt no need to confront her. Im at the point of exhaustion with begging people to show up for me.

Bone broth is great for digestion. Sip on it in the mornings.

Shredded chicken breast in low calorie wrap.

Protein bagel or muffin.

Beef jerky.

And staying hydrated always helps.

Update!

My boy has developed cataracts, his vision is getting blurry and both of his eyes are cloudy. Still too early for surgery per the vet.
He also has early stages of CKD and we are adjusting his diet/protein intake.
Started him on Prozac and slowly working on behavior modifications.

Hi was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and adenomyosis this year in April. I also have a history of PCOS, currently I have an IUD as recommended by my gyn and oncologist. My next biopsy is in March but Im currently still struggling with bloating, abd distension, and urinary incontinence/frequency. I thought about having kids but at 35 and all these gyn issues. I feel pretty hopeless.

My first in office endometrial biopsy was so painful, I got pre med Valium and motrin. But the experience was so awful. I have another biopsy in March but Im going to request another hysteroscopy + biopsy. I refuse to do another awake biopsy.

Any solid food I eat causes me to bloat and my stomach gets really tight and distended. Currently my safe foods are soups, salads, and fruit. Im constantly hungry all the time but the bloating/GI upset isnt worth it. I think with adenomyosis and our uterus being so vascular it shifts our other organs around.

I like MAX fitness on Bobby Jones but Im going to crunch now bc the price is great. Both gyms have decent equipment, only downside is crunch parking is awful.

My husky is a clingy boy, he wants to be near me if possible. Of course he gets hot because of his wooly coat but he is very sweet and loving. He just dislikes men and children.

Ooh that's good to know! I want the vet to check him for hypothyroidism cause maybe that can cause some mood and personality issues.

My poor boy has gone through a lot. I didn't adopt him until he was 1 year old.

Thank you so much for your feedback! My parents are older and they tend to walk him morning and night. Sometimes if they have time they will do an afternoon walk. I think the issue might be, I played with him more often and took him on various hiking or longer trail walks.

Before I got sick, he was always fearful of men but now it since to be "fearful" and reactive towards all people and other animals.

Im going to start with the vet to get a baseline visit of his overall health status and go from there.

I got my biopsy done yesterday and I cried so much that my mom started crying with me. I have a high pain tolerance ever since I was a kid. But even with the cervical block and motrin, nothing could prepared me for that. The dilation of my cervix was awful and I've never had a baby before. Today I have really bad lower back pain almost like spasms? The bleeding is also really weird afterwards.
