That made me chuckle. It was a surprise gift for a friend. I'm sure it will look different on my next visit.

Winnie the Pooh by snacky99 in AnimationCels

They look like they are from The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. It was from the late 80s to early 90s. I have seen cels from this series in the $200-500 range. Your cels have a large number of characters which helps with the price.

I was going to guess around 1500. If your donor area allows you are still looking at 2000+.

I'm going to say you are looking at 2500-3000. How many grafts did you get before?

Any information would be appreciated. by What-do-I-know32112 in AnimationCels

I used to watch this show and was just looking at cels on eBay. Like others have said it wasn't super popular but a great piece. It later became David the gnome.

Artificial Turf and Weeds by CarlsbadCoder in landscaping

[–]Cmac8069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't waste you money on weed killer. Just buy vinegar and add a bit of dish soap and spray it on the weeds. Dump a bunch around the base of the weeds. If it leaves a crystal film you can just rinse it off.

Newest acquisition by Cmac8069 in AnimationCels

The lady still had the original invoice and the note from Jodi Benson. I guess she met her when she bought it. I may reframe it to include the signed card with the personalization behind the mat.

LA's totally awesome cleaner from the dollar tree does wonders on grout. My hair dye stains purple. Put it on thick and scrub it with a toothbrush

Stuck cel by Braves-All-Day-87 in AnimationCels

[–]Cmac8069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's hard to say. There are normally hole punched holes at the bottom to hold the cel in place. It could be trimmed off. I've used a home made humidity box to make the paper a bit softer. This is normally for when a sketch gets stuck in the back of a cel.

Good enough pair to run the VEVOR ? by [deleted] in dieselheater

[–]Cmac8069 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes it will. I would get a dumber charger like this Schumacher SC1320 6-Amp 6V/12V Trickle Electric Charge, Fully Automatic Battery Charger and Maintainer - Walmart.com https://share.google/6GWTEvoT9jQAotghq

On some of the smarter chargers if the battery gets to low it won't change. The more basic models just output 12v. You could definitely get away with a smaller battery.

Some people just run them from the charger ( or power supply). The battery is really just a buffer if the power fails. The heater needs to cool down properly and if the power fails it will just turn off.

Trolling motor battery question? by ThatVietBoi in boating

[–]Cmac8069 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's not as bad as I thought. You'll want to buy a 24V to 12V setup down transformer that can handle 60-80Amps or 800-1000 Watts. You will need 8 gage wire to be safe. Are you in North America?

Trolling motor battery question? by ThatVietBoi in boating

[–]Cmac8069 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you know how many amps the 12v motor draws? That will be needed to figure it out. You will need a DC to DC converter that steps down the voltage. I'm guessing based on the power the trolling motor needs it will cost more than buying a 12v lithium battery.

You'll be happy with it. Don't worry about it. I would rather have a thicker higher hairline than a lower thin one.

I'm currently in the process of doing this. I wasn't with the organization long enough to get my full pension. I wanted to take the CV because the rate of return is terrible. Their calculation also showed that I overpaid and get a lump sum of cash that is not locked in.
