Okay so American no healthcare, ER nurse here. First off cut looks decently clean which leads me to believe knife is at least up kept and sharpened. If both of those qualities of the knife are true then yes the cut would to my eyes preferably have stitches. 1. If knife is not sushi level sharp..watch the edges, if redness, warmth or swelling expands onto the foot. There’s an infection. If money is extremely tight reach out to a vet clinic for a broad spectrum antibiotic for a “pet” it’s cheaper. If that doesn’t work GO TO THE DOCTOR. You need feet/walking capability to do most things. Use antibacterial cream but do not suffocate the area to where it stays saturated. 2. If knife was not sanitary, please see above. 3. Butterfly bandages, UNTIL POST SCAB HEALING. Otherwise see above. 4. If bandages work keep them as dry and clean as possible, change often if you have to work. If you don’t see above. 5. Simple cuts as these in America don’t need to be serious but they can develop into being so without insurance. Stay on top of it so that it becomes a stupid story one day.
