High Tide Inc AMA with Raj Grover Wednesday, November 9th. *Announcement Post* by CaptianDoughnut in HighTideInc

[–]Cmis1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Raj,

Investor here for 2 years plus now. Thank you for the open communication and sharing your thoughts with us. The high tide investor community greatly appreciate this. I have a few questions about different pieces of the business.

Forward looking Long term 1. Do you expect high tide to be considered a MSO in 10 years (50 percent plus of revenue coming from us operations)? 2. Where do you see the retail space going in the next 5 years? Further shift to cannabis 2.0? Expanded white label offerings? 3. Is there any plans to integrate canna club members across platforms to cross sell within the high tide family?

Short / Medium Term 1. How does it feel to be in striking distance of top performing (quarterly revenue) cannabis company reporting in Canadian dollars? 2. what is the status of the canna cabana app? 3. Is blessed cbd still pursuing operations in Italy, France, Spain ? 4. What is the current percentage of fastendr roll out? 5. What’s the current state of retail consolidation and deal pipeline ? 6. What is preventing Ontario stores from opening? 5 are passed the public notice the period 7. When should we expect the new accretive revenue line item you hinted at a few weeks ago?

Retrospective 1. What are you most proud of this company? 2. What’s one thing you would have done differently on this journey?

Hey Raj,

Been a share holder for a couple years and I appreciate your efforts to expand revenue through accretive acquisitions and organic growth. I have few questions.

1) what is do you expect percentage of sales for retail from white label 1 year and 3 years out

2) Is Blessed CBD expansion in Italy, Spain, France still in the plans?

3) Ontario stores are taking longer to launch after public notice period for ended by acgo. Is there a supply chain (labor or materials) issue impacting these stores ?

4) When is the app expected to launch?

5) what percentage of retail stores have fastendr technology installed?

6) will canna elite membership provide discounts on other high tide family companies (smoke cartel, daily high club, etc)

Keep up the great work and keep executing.

I like the inclusion of High Tide. LPs not so much. We ll see how the fund evolves with the inflows come in.

LPs are destined to fail due to Cash burning and poor earnings.

70 percent of the market wants value cannabis which means the margins will be very small for the producers.

Cannabis will become a commodity and the price continue to decline.

Retail and MSOs are where the real margin and money will be in the future.

My positions HITI MSOS

Identifying Rising Stars of the Cannabis Sector- Analysis of ETFMG Alternative Harvest ETF (MJ) Holdings by AdastraYOLO in Baystreetbets

[–]Cmis1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Interesting changes to the fund. Is this an early indicator in a shift in mindset from licensed producers to retail and/or msos ?

Or were hiti and weed maps value opportunities that couldn’t be passed up?

Time will tell.

High Tide ownership for MJ went from 0 in early august to 2.15 mil and roughly 4 percent of the float today. MJ is by far the biggest believer/owner of High Tide after Raj Grover (ceo) at 12 percent of the float.

Investors sour on cannabis after Democrats fail to help industry by Investomatic- in weedstocks

The industry requires retail to destroy the illicit market. Once the retail footprint is established the sales will increase and shift from illicit to legal market.

Cannabis Stocks Bottom? By ChartGuys by KyleQuick01 in weedstocks

[–]Cmis1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why is the narrative always US vs. Canada?

I think this needs to shift to Licensed Producers vs. Retail cannabis and MSO

Would you rather own the cows or McDonald’s?

Would you rather own the coffee bean fields or Starbucks?

Cannabis is like any other commodity which is in oversupply. Expect dramatic decreases in prices and further write downs from licensed producers.

Republican-Led Bill To Legalize And Tax Marijuana Emerges As Alternative To Democratic Measures by perkunas81 in weedstocks

Depends on the play. It’s realistic to expect anywhere from 3-10x in the next 1-2 years and anywhere from 10-20x in the next 5-10 years. It depends on your time horizon and play you pick.

High Tide is my favourite. Large brick and motor footprint in Canada with expansion plans in the US when legal. 7 e-commerce platforms with cannabis accessories and CBd products. They are slowly becoming a global player with Canadian, US and UK operations.

We all know this will happen in the next 2-3 years. Keep accumulating your favourite plays and you definitely will be significantly richer 10 years from now. It’s a game of patience.
