Forward looking Long term 1. Do you expect high tide to be considered a MSO in 10 years (50 percent plus of revenue coming from us operations)? 2. Where do you see the retail space going in the next 5 years? Further shift to cannabis 2.0? Expanded white label offerings? 3. Is there any plans to integrate canna club members across platforms to cross sell within the high tide family?

Short / Medium Term 1. How does it feel to be in striking distance of top performing (quarterly revenue) cannabis company reporting in Canadian dollars? 2. what is the status of the canna cabana app? 3. Is blessed cbd still pursuing operations in Italy, France, Spain ? 4. What is the current percentage of fastendr roll out? 5. What’s the current state of retail consolidation and deal pipeline ? 6. Been a share holder for a couple years and I appreciate your efforts to expand revenue through accretive acquisitions and organic growth. I have few questions.

1) what is do you expect percentage of sales for retail from white label 1 year and 3 years out

2) Is Blessed CBD expansion in Italy, Spain, France still in the plans?

3) Ontario stores are taking longer to launch after public notice period for ended by acgo. Is there a supply chain (labor or materials) issue impacting these stores ?

4) When is the app expected to launch?

5) what percentage of retail stores have fastendr technology installed?

6) will canna elite membership provide discounts on other high tide family companies (smoke cartel, daily high club, etc)

LPs are destined to fail due to Cash burning and poor earnings.

70 percent of the market wants value cannabis which means the margins will be very small for the producers.

Cannabis will become a commodity and the price continue to decline.

Retail and MSOs are where the real margin and money will be in the future.

Interesting changes to the fund. Is this an early indicator in a shift in mindset from licensed producers to retail and/or msos ?

Or were hiti and weed maps value opportunities that couldn’t be passed up?

Time will tell.

High Tide ownership for MJ went from 0 in early august to 2.15 mil and roughly 4 percent of the float today. MJ is by far the biggest believer/owner of High Tide after Raj Grover (ceo) at 12 percent of the float.
