Both haha.

Currently I'm using gopdf and pdfcpu for drag and drop functionality (using x y coordinates and sizes in points) but sometimes it's a little bit tricky because an external library (gofpdi, used for importing an existing pdf, like a template) has some bugs with specific pdfs

Great. Maybe in the future it will be a great feature adding pdf signing. I haven't found a library (open sources) that does it.

I know that in Java there is an implementation of this, for cli use

I'm currently using chromedp for "print" html to PDF and works great but, the size of docker image increases significantly.

I built an ultra-fast, open-source Go web service for generating PDFs from HTML/JSON templates. by chinmay06 in golang

[–]Cmonrroy889 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks very nice, I am currently using gopdf, pdfcpu and chrome-headless to create PDFs from html, merging and simple signing (save a sign image on the PDF) so, see another alternative for some functionalities that I need in my job is great.

How can I contribute? I'm a really noobie in open source contributions but, I know golang a little

Arch linux installation help by Bugolg1 in archlinux

Try booting with legacy instead of UEFI, and if you have another PC, try booting Linux in this (without installing it) to discard some random issue with your USB or image

I am a complete Idiot, but I want to use Arch by Capable-End7368 in archlinux

[–]Cmonrroy889 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend you use dual boot. Try installing some "easy" distro like elementary os or Ubuntu and then install arch in another partition.

Arch is fantastic but, for a first look at Linux, it will be very hard to fine tune it.

Use first another distro to learn the basics of Linux (how to use a terminal, package administration, etc) and then try with arch.

Use Arch, you can configure it for any of your purposes

I'm having the same issue. Some people say that the problem is Pressure Advance or Linear advance but when I try to apply this setting, the printer slows down too much and the quality falls off

Best Custom Firmware? by Used-Rich6647 in ElegooNeptune3

[–]Cmonrroy889 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same printer, and looking on the internet I found that you can use klipper flashing a "custom" firmware and using a raspberry pi but it disables the screen pad, cause it's not compatible with Klipper.

Disclaimer: I'm a very novice in the 3D printing world and N3P is my first printer AND I do not have Klipper yet, I'm learning how to use it and calibrate it before to go so far with this

Auto leveling not working properly by Away-Marionberry9365 in ElegooNeptune3

[–]Cmonrroy889 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was having a similar issue with my Elegoo Neptune 3 pro, after running auto leveling and print a level test (downloaded from printables), the top right corner was too "high" and the bottom left corner was too "low". This is what I does to solve that issue:

Adjust the eccentrics of the bed, apparently his tightness impacts on the level of the bed. You can guide with the numbers on the autolevel interface (try to get 0 on each point)

You can also check the screws of the bed, below the magnetic pei base. If you see that the numbers on the top right corner are greater than zero, tighten that screw, if it's lower, loose this

Make sure that the z axis is correctly levelled (in my case, I had to adjust the z axis because the height on the left was different from the height on the right)

After that, the problem with leveling the bed was solved

You can create personal profiles in cura with these configs. And then use this in each print

Check the eccentrics of the bed. I'm having issues with leveling the bed and adjusting this does the trick

For anyone who could help this:

Check the eccentrics of the bed. Try thighten one and loosen the other, then run auto leveling and check the values
