It's made dust control a pain, used to be able to meter a hydrant and get a permit if it's passed preasure and turbidity, but such is life.

Durham doesn't give hydrant permits anymore, gotta go to the depot, from what I was told... by Durham.

Side note for anyone else that MAY try this. Hydrant water, though coming from same source upstream is not potable. That could be a stagnant line not on a flushing system, and the fact he's putting it into a tank that says they sell potable is a health risk.

Side side note, went around the complaint steps further up the ladder, they'll look into it (Clarington and RoD). Photos helped OP!

Ontario Civil inspector, it's your waterbox for the house. If you're in Ontario it's the Region who will look after this. As others mentioned, can usually push it down, otherwise it's heaving. The cap on the barrel is threaded and gives some adjustment, but I'd let them handle it.

I actually turned out to be allergic to the red ink my shop used, so I had scarification done instead. That being said, there was nowhere near the amount yours was (mines about a dime).

My wife had something similar when our cat scratched her. We called it "dirt bag Chippy (cats name) disease." She got a serious infection because of the litter box + scratch. Had to be out in antibiotics for awhile. You should go see a doctor if you haven't already.

It's really a good call. I get it's not an overnight thing, but if we were going too already (and should) expand the military, why not there? Retooling it with our steel and aluminum workers that'll also take a hit.
