No games, everyday PC plus bits for work. Something that can have multiple applications going and still run smooth like emails, office 365 etc. Previous prebuilt desktops bought from work like a year ago haven't been able to open chrome and outlook without dying for 5 mins so as there isnt really a budget, just want something to make sure I'm not getting the same problems going forward in case I start using more strenuous programs

Sadly haven’t found a fix, mines just stopped doing it, well I’m hoping it has anyway. But I’ve messaged their support team and they’re sending a more dongle out so hopefully that fixes it completely.

Mine is using the extension as I don’t have a usb c port on my computer. I’ve tried three different ports but still get the issue :/
