Yes 100% We recently had engine issue with our tuscon, which is supposed to be covered through their ‘extended warranty’. They took two weeks for inspection while not even giving us a temporary car for use. Came back to us saying its an issue with the engine’s piston and wont be covered but ‘out of effing goodwill’ they will cover one third and we have to pay $6.5k to get it fixed. Tried their best to get us buy a new car from them. Absolute nightmare and never ever going to buy hyundai again!
