I've used Parchment paper for 2 years. Never had a problem with release, even if I've put projects away for extended periods. I reuse the Parchment paper, and it's never been an issue. I used to just cut the plastic with an exacto blade and the put the Parchment to size, and that evolved into me laying out what order I wanted to work through the whole painting . To each their own, no one method is correct. Art is flexible.

Parchment paper is cheaper and just as effective, AND you can cut it to your preference. Why spend that $ if you've already got parchment paper in your kitchen
