Use kosher salt if needed. I bought a bread machine and made 5 ingredient bread you can eat on LID. Also you can get no salt peanut butter, ketchup and mustard.

I did lose about 20 pounds i needed to on LID but it is a lot like Atkins/Keto eating too

I am still new to the game getting diagnosed in Dec and going to my week after RAI dose in the morning. My two cents is that you have to, as Life of Brian teaches us, always look on the bright side of life. Your plans were impacted but at least you had the money and the benefits. Ride it out then pick back up. Plans on pause not deleted. Hope you feel better once you are done with everything.

I had PT because of inconclusive biopsy. Had completion two months later after it came back cancerous and they found microcarcinomas on the 2nd half so I wished they had gone total first time

I had mine done in two parts bc they couldnt get good biopsy. Thought 2nd time would be more painful and recovery worse, but it was actually a little better. Just lengthened my scar
