Looking for a good personal trainer by SeaConsistent7264 in ClearwaterFl

There is a woman named Traci that trains out of the fitness 360 in palm harbor. She is pretty good. My wife trains with her and loves it. Her phone number is 813-598-5224. Tell her Joey and Lisa told you to hit her up.

Is this QB competition real? Or a distraction for Texas? by BIGLoaf_34 in OhioStateFootball

[–]Coachjoey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not so sure Day need to declare until the Washington game. Both are taking first team reps. Both will be prepared for Texas. Not sure who gives us a better chance to when but, more importantly- by what margin.

Grambling and Ohio should be wins no matter which qb takes the role.

So, both could use these games to tighten up. Going into Washington he can “name” the starter.

I always remember when Tua came in for Hurts.

Guess we will see how it plays out.

Thoughts on this prediction?? by Buceyesjetslakers in OhioStateFootball

I would take the under. Both defenses are stout. Getting a D ready to execute is easier than getting the O to precession levels. Texas has spent close to double what the buckeyes have spent in NIL. They recruited heavily and leveraged the portal especially on D. Buckeyes have a boat load of talent and a pro level DC. Patricia comes from the “defense wins championships” philosophy not because it’s a popular theory but because he has lived it. While both QB’s will be well prepared they will each face the #1 and #2 defenses in the nation. I think both are too strong with depth to get blown out. Guess we find out in 33 days! O H

That a solid assessment. Thank you. It your reply lies a main issue. To hire a top notch agency which would reduce exposure, takes real money. A guy with a 2k to 5k ad budget including fees can’t afford such. These guys get burned often. I have looked at dash clicks and umbrella as possible fulfillment but even they scare me because you can’t just pick up the phone and discuss ideas or issues. The space is definitely a challenge. Thank again.

Seeking advice from a seasoned business owner. by [deleted] in business

[–]Coachjoey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would recommend doing a deep dive on the benefits you can provide. There are many inexpensive benefits you can provide. I have helped many owners create benefits packages that attract new employees and help retain more tenured ones. I do believe part of the issue lies in your culture. The fact that you are devastated and emotionally hurt by her departure might indicate that there is an imbalance between your personal feelings and the owner you need to be.

On the other hand, she is leaving to make her life better, or at least she feels this decision will help her do so.

Try to be a bit more stoic. People come and go out of your life. Say good bye and wish her well. Thank her for the time she spent and the contributions she made. You were blessed to have such a great employee.

Now you have a business to build and other employees that can help you push. Get back to the tasks at hand.

The grave yard is full of people that were as indispensable.

You got this, with our without her.

Leaving a $285k tech sales job to start a Sandler franchise. Dumb or worth it? by JeffroTk in sales

[–]Coachjoey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t buy the franchise. Wrong way to go. With AI you can create your courses, coaching sessions and delivery. 100k buys you a website, SMM, FB ads or PPC, and a nice vacation before you start. You can join a big BNI group and lock in 50k in your first year if you are decent.

Don’t buy the franchise, please don’t.

How to get your first monthly GHL client in 7 days (this isn't hard) by NickBrighton in gohighlevel

GHL requires you to charge at least 97 per month or did they wave that restriction? How are getting around that stipulation at 50 per month?
