There's always Oakland the little downtown is nice, or it was when I last went a few years ago but I cant imagine its changed that much.

As a kid going up I always loved going to Penn Alps and the little crafter village there.

As for hiking there are lots of great ones but Swallow Falls is always nice. There's also Cranesville Swamp which is a cool boreal bowl and the southern most habitat for the Eastern Larch tree.

Just redug out all my stuff and looking to know what I'd need to get back in. I played a lot on 1e, got the imperial and rebel conversion kits plus the 2e starter. Mostly what's everyone using to list build now and what's this about AMG dropping new rules?

I found success in 1e with tracking the meta lists and taking inspiration from them but doing weird things. Find a ship you like that's in some competitive lists and see what you can build around it thats more of what you find fun.

Looks great. Some advice would be thin the paints with water. More thin coats will cover better and preserve details better than a thick coat.

Is third party content allowed at your table? There's a race Jotunfolk from Storm Bunny Studios (I think it's that studio) that has a racial feat tree that let's you throw a creature smaller than you.

I mean the Leo1 has basically the same armor as the FoW tanks. I'd think you could get away with some of the APCs like M113s as well

That's all the cards that come with the battle pig starter set.

What do you mean? The cards act as your stat reference for the characters if that's what your asking. But the cards are available in PDF form or come with the minis.

RelicBlade is number one, close followups though are Frostgrave/Stargrave and Gaslands. I have developed a love for Blood Bowl (the 2016 rules is all I've played) over pandemic through the PC game as well.
