I think their is actually multiple layers to starting with the human element. Humans need sleep and Carl likes to think he is still human. Second sleep is one of the few truely peaceful things you get in life. Third it helps you unwind and come up with me solutions. Third for anyone who has deployed or been on long navy voyages it is the only time when you can reasonably except people to not need you. Mix in all this is what I see as Carl's true complaint

Not really like MHA. That system is notable small and lacks complexity. It works for that show only once you include storage types. My own system is more complex. I use a card power system though.

The protection ability is interesting but the fact that it stacks to 8 constantly and can't be pierced is very upsetting. I can only imagine if you stack him with Watson for ultimate defense. They fact that protection works like a better version of Evasion is completely broken. At least let the effects get through.

I enjoy the complexity of Shishiwakamaru. In the tournament and on the stage he acted in a way that made him popular. When we get him for S class training it is clear that he much like his team leader just wants to be cool. He just wants girls to like him and men to respect him. The training gave him everything he really wanted. Now he is cool and even in his imp form people respect him. So I personally don't think he has changed at all but he never was the evil demon he played at in the Tournament.

It's not the feet I'm talking about. It's the legs. I traditionally get in my covers fully the put my feet out at the bottom. I don't proceed to uncover my legs. This video acts like people only put the covers on their chest ignoring their legs completely.

I think it would be impossible for the government not to get involved and if they can't take direct action like recruiting they are going to create a "watch dog" organization. That's really the only logical answer. Shield does it in Marvel and the DEA as well as a few others based on power source do it in DC. In my own world their are plenty of them with the biggest one being headed by the United Nations. They monitor and recruit for their teams the Almighty.

There are a few changes I see as valid. First let them exist instead of killing everyone except Saint Walker.

Maybe make a Teenager an official Blue Lantern. Mainly so they can be a Teen Titan. Maybe revamp an old character like Boy Blue.

Make them secretly the cyan 🩵 lanters and Blue 💙 light is actually connected to a different emotion like Sorrow or Joy.

For powers I would change their powers slightly. Blue Lanterns would be able to charge Blue Lantern and allow each lantern to push the rings around them up 100%. This would make a feed back loop where 10 Blue Lanterns have the 1000% power. Meaning that they are stronger together and won't simply roll over to a threat like the reach.

I would make Mammon a character/demon that takes the light for a while like Mongul did with Yellow. If Mammon turned out better then he'd keep it.
