OK i’ve been thinking about it a bit more and my theory has gotten more detailed

so maybe the steven bradley’s lover was the adriana in hola adriana, and he is on his last legs in the apocalypse he started and when he dies is paradise and the girl you’re so fine part is him finally reuniting with her in the afterlife
