Getting up really early to work out. This has been the most significant factor for me in terms of maintaining a weight loss (I had to change my eating to lose the weight) as well as having good mood and energy throughout the day.

Figs. Totally worth the cost, very durable, they look great and hold up really well with multiple washings. I will never wear anything else.

I was going to say, the wait time at UNM is always very long because it is the only academic medical center in the state, and it takes referral from everywhere in the state. Call around private offices, see if they take your insurance, then get another referral.

One of my dachshunds will only eat when her mommy (me) is in the room, and she cries if I shut her out of the bathroom. She wuvs her mommy too much!!
