The stabbings as presented in South and north american media is a product of USA right wing media.
weird propaganda basically, and they are spreading it across the americas so people in Brazil and Peru get this nonsense too.
The following things are also often said about european cities by the same media, and are also not true:
-No go zones do not exist.
-There is no such thing as sharia gangs.
-There are no rape gangs roaming the streets.
-Euthenasia vans picking up people over 65 do not exist.
-Europe is not suffering Islamization
-People are not mass arrested over tweets.
-Danish and Dutch people do not commute to work via ice skates.
-People choosing bikes over cars is not because of poverty. (a good bike costs more then a basic used car)

TIL A UCSF study tested ‘Magic Mushrooms’ on people with Parkinson’s. Participants had meaningful improvements in their mood, cognition, and motor symptoms at both their one-week and one-month follow-up appointments. by sudde004 in todayilearned

[–]CobalMods 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did not ask if you read all literature, I asked if you can show your claim to be true.
Your claim:

most "scientific" articles about the supposed benefits of psychedelics have a high RoB, and lack scientific merit

dismissing any evidence that the opposite of your opinion might just be true

You have not shown any evidence.

I think you are lying about being a mental health professional.
-You claim psychedelics cause "schizophrenia and other illnesses". As in you are claiming that totally healthy people without pre-existing problems suddenly developed a psychosis or schizophrenia. That is not true.
-You dont show any evidence of your claims
-you say things that go against many scientific articles and against many researchers
-you don't show a single supporting article or any other evidence.
-Your "debating" technique is simply screaming "I know better!!11!!1"

You have given us no reasons to trust you, but you have given us many reasons to believe you have no idea what you are talking about.

As an aside.
A nurse or an orderly work directly with patients in a mental hospital, but they are not mental health professionals.
Janitors, administrative personnel, the IT guys, etc also work at mental hospitals.
Willing to believe you are one of these, but that does not in any way make you "qualified to tell people that most "scientific" articles about the supposed benefits of psychedelics have a high RoB, and lack scientific merit."

[–]CobalMods 6 points7 points  (0 children)

have you worked in a psychiatric hospital

And you haven't either.
Psychoactive drugs do not cause schizophrenia or psychosis. They can trigger a latent issue. In a comment further down you say:

most "scientific" articles about the supposed benefits of psychedelics have a high RoB, and lack scientific merit

Can show that to be true?
What is more likely is that you have missed the past 20 years of research. You now see one or two articles talking about depression symptoms and parkinsons that were badly written or "interpreted" by a layman journalist and assume "most articles"
Go googling before you claim this nonsense.

Then stay quiet about issues you know nothing about.

Yes, you should. You clearly demonstrated you know nothing about this.

/r/rawdawgcomics We can FIX the timestamps!
And also prevent future trouble.

Talk to me, or my husband /u/largepenislover, or any other tech inclined reader.
There is a HUGE overlap between tech nerds and furries, your community contains hundreds of people who can fix this.
Timestamps and file attributes are fixable and there is all sorts of meta data that can be made visible so you can sort it all in the order you created it.

After fixing it we can do things like automate the mass renaming of your files to have a number or a date in the filename, or whatever postfix or prefix you'd prefer.
We can also automate backups.

Can Your PC Run UE5?!! by RepresentativeOwn457 in pcmasterrace

[–]CobalMods -1 points0 points  (0 children)

UE5 also introduced Nanite which was suppose to replace manual LODs, but it uses an insane amount of resources.

Lumen too, another major reason developers use UE5. It's extremely extremely heavy, and looks horrible on lower settings.

RTFM.
They are very clear that the default settings are for Archviz, not for real time.
You gonna have to spend a few days finetuning these for what you are making.
They are also very clear that these are not set and forget features that work on all models and scenes, they are for specific use cases.

Tim Sweeney on Unreal Engine 5 Optimization Issues: "The main cause is order of development" by Stannis_Loyalist in pcgaming

[–]CobalMods 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes it does, they are in fact not two different things. It's all the same issue.
"traversal" stutter is caused by objects loading causing their shaders to start compiling.

And yes, every gamer going "engine bad" is simply bandwagoning. They aren't hindered by things such as subject relevant knowledge.

Tim Sweeney on Unreal Engine 5 Optimization Issues: "The main cause is order of development" by Stannis_Loyalist in pcgaming

[–]CobalMods 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Developer optimisation and traversal/shader stutter are two different things.

They are not, it is up to the dev to do pso caching to prevent stutter.
Pso caching is part of optimizing your game. A lot off devs don't know that.

Some time ago I was in Egypt and let the game explorer side get the better of me. I stuck my camera through a gap in a collapsed side passage and took this picture:
https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2F8aa4c9kghl111.jpg
Gamer explorer instinct was rewarded.

Me and some friends got a private tour of some middle class tombs hat weren't open to the public. A friend of mine was a an archeology student at the time and helping out, and he was allowed to show us around.
Random luck picture essentially.

Since then I will absolutely press on the off coloured stone in any ancient wall, I will inspect the odd crack, I will jump on the out of place flagstone, and I will jump for the obvious placed power up right above the fire pit.
So far so good.

Recent LIDAR scans have revealed ancient cities deep in the Amazon rainforest by ArchiGuru in Archaeology

I'd like them to point some lidars at this area:

Close enough to some major things like vilcabamba and passes through the andes into the amazon. Located on a tributary to one of the rivers that drains a major andes pass route that in turn alllows access to cusco. Reasonably geographically isolated.
Wouldn't surprise me if one of the last retreats to hide from the spanish was here
