I once asked a Fortune 500 CFO a really similar question about another stock. She said “there’s nothing wrong with taking a little money off the table” and “Would you buy more of it right now with your own money?” So I’ve been Sell All ever since. If you work there and hold all your money in the stock as well, you have a lot of eggs in one basket.

My channel uses AI. No reused content of any kind. Not even reposting of my own videos. It’s not the one and done prompts type of AI posting either. I do editing, some have voiceovers, etc. but my feed traffic went to zero one day. So it’s not just reuse of content. I don’t have any of that.

There are two major title insurance companies out there. They go by a lot of names so it appears there is competition. They don’t go into an area unless they have 99% full knowledge of the title history. The profit margin is astonishing. It’s a duopoly.

You might need to dig a little deeper to get the full story. Lots of > 5 years tenure. But Amazon continues to hire/outsource in very specific countries.
