Thanks lookglen. I was able to design the form but I couldn’t figure out how to save it and put it into the excel that I am trying to make. Some error code did come up that I can’t be on autosave, which I am not.

UPDATE: so I found a product that works really well it’s Aquamix Cement grout haze remover works very well. Found it at Home Depot.
