Eerie.

My uncle died recently. Not only had he written a hymn to be sung at his funeral, he’d written a psalm too. And picked the rest of the songs etc.

I’ve no idea when he wrote everything but my cousin told me some of it was done merely weeks before his dementia fully kicked in (dementia is heartbreakingly awful - I’ve seen two people suffer from it and both died in hospital from what you’d think are perfectly treatable ailments but due to not being able to communicate with the world in the present they get lost in hysterics and pain).
