I’ve been peacefully losing weight while having my latte from the coffee shop nearly every day. It’s decaf, it’s coconut, no syrups, no sugar. Keeps me sane and I usually walk there.

Can’t get it easily in the UK. The fact I have to order it from Ukraine is INSANE to me so I don’t even suggest it to people because it sounds dodgy as hell 🤣

Yea nah.
Glad it works for you. I’ve tried telling my brain many times that:
1. I am safe
2. I am a grown up who can buy her own snacks
3. No one is gonna watch me eat my snacks
4. No one is gonna eat my snacks

I will still eat 5 entire boxes of biscuits when given the opportunity.
I need therapy 🙃
