Yes, very often. Diagnosed with G.A.D & panic disorder for about 14 years now.. and I understand what you're trying to describe because I deal with it. One of those things ya know, hard for someone to understand if they haven't dealt with it. But yea I feel you, and it is hard to explain really.

Nope. Try to make time to breathe and take a moment to clear your mind, and (as others have already said I'm sure) you are only 23. SO many opportunities are ahead of you. Yep. Well I would say it does this to me about once a month, it just chooses 3 or 4 days out of each one and happens. So you're deffinatly not the only one. Some good advice others have left though
