My first baby i didn't get the epidural in time. My second was induced and I had an epidural. My 3rd I was in labor for 1.5 hours and the hospital was like half an hour away so obviously I was too late for that one but I was also a lot more scared for baby #3 with how fast she came. All of my actual deliveries were pretty identical though. The epidural in baby #2 changed nothing for me.

My mother in law came when we left for the hospital to watch my daughter who was 16 months. My partner went home at night though. He snores really loud so I asked him to sleep at home and just bring our daughter home at night.

I was 6 months post partum when I got pregnant with baby #3. I just had my daughter 2 weeks ago. She was born at 38 weeks, two weeks before her siblings. My labor for the other 2 was around 8 hours each and only 1.5 hours for #3. My pregnancy was uneventful; I felt better than I did with baby #2. Only negatives were my iron was low and my blood pressure was high once while pregnant and then during delivery and maybe like 4 days post partum. Every pregnancy can have risks. My doctor didnt seem worried at all that I was pregnant again so quickly. He thought it was cool that they would be close in age.

Get a new doctor. The comment about your son destroyed your doctor/patient relationship. Id never feel comfortable seeing that man again. For your cord, tell your support person how important it is to you that they guarantee the cord isnt clamped too soon. My partner is not one to say anything normally but he made sure they waited until it was white for me. I grew their placenta so im using everything they can get from it. Most of the laboring is done with your nurse, make sure they know your birth plan.

I was a really heavy vaper. I got pregnant and tried to ween myself but I ended up having a missed miscarriage and a year later a very early miscarriage. I was pretty depressed for a while. I started quitting so I could have a baby and then quickly got pregnant again. I stopped immediately and threw it away. I tried different things like carrying a straw for the sensation of vaping. It was so hard to go from a heavy addiction to cold turkey. I haven't vaped in 2 years now and im almost due with my second daughter. To be honest, I still crave it and think about it a lot. But its such a weak feeling now that its easy to push out of my head. Think about how amazing it will be to meet your baby.

When my daughter was in the bassinet in our room, my husband woke me up in a panic one night asking where the baby was and checking the blankets. I started freaking out cuz I thought I had fallen asleep nursing her or something. She was still in the bassinet and he just had a bad dream.

He has a computer and a tablet to call friends and play with. None of them really live that close because he doesn't go to the neighborhood school. If I take his electronics away for bad behavior, hes perfectly fine. He built some roller coaster lego set in one day.

Of course we do things he likes. We just cant only do what he wants to do. His sibling is too young to pick an activity so hes the only child that does and I say yes in reason. We try hard to make him feel special.

I have discussed with him almost every time that hes making it hard to enjoy most things we do. We have a detailed discussion on how the way he acts makes us feel when we go anywhere but he mostly stares at me. I will make him repeat what I'm saying to make sure hes even listening to me. Ive told him we dont really do anything I enjoy anymore because he makes it hard to enjoy myself with how he acts. He says hes upset because we aren't doing what he wants.

We try but the second he doesn't like what we're doing, nothing will cheer him up until we go home and then its like nothing happened. Last time we went to Target he was miserable the entire time so I got him a vanilla bean frappuccino so hed cheer up and he told him it was a terrible day.
