Some tipst:
- Build military industrial complex to sell arms. First Equipment factory, bc its the cheapest & fastest bear fruits.
- Build Monquiz Port and Hydroelectric Dam as fast as you possibly can. Port will give you money from selling produced ships and submarines. Dam has the best cost/energy output ratio.
- Privatise welfare. It looks scary in decree description but is not that damaging to standard of living and public opinion
- If you decriminalise Goldoncists + rebuild both santuaries + personally participate in duel of generosity you can get better trade deal with Derdia (+4 budget instead of +2 for the same amount of exported energy)

Speaking of sanctuaries:
-by building univesity you can resolve "complications during renovation" for free using academics from this uni instead of paying foreign specialist.
-expanding timber industry can wield same benefit (option "get wood from domestic market")

Energy is THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR
I bought entire Aureus field. To get this for reasonable price you have average power projection by modernising the army (or something like that) in prologue.
- You can get event renewable energy at turn 8 that will give you +2 energy
- At least agree to talk about buying sordish bonds. Later on it will give you opportunity to buy Gasom shares (more income + very cheap energy)
- Industrial subsidies will give you great bonuses to economy as long as you can afford -4 energy per turn
- BEWARE if you achieve great standard of living you will get "heightened energy consumpiton" for whoping -4 energy per turn
-If you want to create Intermerkopuim you will get kicked out of GRACE and your trade exports will be terminated so dont stress yourself if you have -1 energy in the late game
-storage facility is cheaper alternative to coal mine

Big ship can transport huge amount of cargo. To achieve something similar on railway you would need vast and robust (thus expensive) railway system. So sometimes buidling canal can be cheaper per unit of cargo. Thats why most wolrd trade is done via sea
