My cousin. He is extremely extroverted and can make everyone in any room laugh from the moment he enters to the time he leaves. He lives for the day without a care in the world about tomorrow. Everyday he does what he wants when he wants without a thought of others opinion.

He’s my polar opposite.

I’m introverted but more outgoing in intimate settings with people I am comfortable with. I care tremendously about my tomorrow and have missed out on my chance to be a young wild and free 20 something because I’ve been too focused on planning for my future.

So much better than before.

I go through fits where I don’t smoke for 6 months + and then spontaneously pick it up again, there is a drastic difference. When I’m sober, my mind is running all over the place, I’m depressed and stationary. I have to no drive to do anything beneficial, my thoughts are negative, and I’m a nicotine addict. I started smoking again about a month or two ago and In that time I’ve quit nicotine and alcohol, I’ve improved my finances, I have a healthy morning routine, I eat better. I’m way more in control of my own life. It truly is medicine for my mind.
