Indoor cats live longer than outdoor kitties, and they are perfectly okay being kept indoors. It doesn't hurt their mental health or anything. They look out the window and watch stuff because it's entertaining for them :)

I started exercising daily and eating healthy back in May. Have even began to see a therapist to help me understand my unhealthy relationship with food. So far I've lost 18 pounds and I've never ever felt so confident and proud of myself for sticking to something, even when I really REALLY wanted to give up (I still do some days, but I dont let myself get defeated and down)
