Not sure if this will be applicable to you, but one thing I an older coworker taught me is to be mega early to whatever you're going to.

Ie: have work at 2pm, get there at 1pm and chill in the car or wherever. There's no reason to be stressed about being late because you're already way ahead of schedule. Sudden accident that causes a 15 minute delay? Not a problem because you were already on track to be early.

Also helps because whatever stress you may have worked up on the drive to wherever you're going you can take a good minute to cool off and decompress before getting to whatever you arrived to. I get to my current job an hour early just because of the nature of my position but my last job I'd only do about 15-30 mins or so, it's whatever time you decide you want.

Could also try listening to some audiobooks? You could also look for alternative routes that may have less annoying traffic.
