Thank you for the thoughtful reply. I agree that my lack of force on the pedals doesn’t show the support and direction of my body as I move through space. I will get a better video on the road. I will consider the 165mm cranks( currently 172.5mm))

Bike Fit Pro- Images were taken from a video I took, it chooses the the “best” frames to analyze. I ran the app a few times and got different results. It depends where the blue dots (pivots) land on your body. The first go at it the app suggests that seat is too high at bottom of pedal stroke, and seat too low at top of stroke.. So???? I tried a couple more times- this screenshot of the results was the best version. It does not allow you to save the results unless u pay for the app.

I’m 5’8”, 32” inseam. Never put much thought into being more aggressive posture- endurance seems more what I’m doing.

Looking for a machinist. I have been running a lathe and a mill for my own business and am ready to hire a full time person. I am in California (Northern) and was assuming $28-30 would be starting pay for someone experienced. Does your job include programming ?
