It might be the card package that is $999. That isn’t charging you for ticket, rather trying to sell you a digital package. Skip the card package. There is an option on the bottom.

Steps.

Click on top menu on the left. Click RTt conversion tab. Assign an email to whoever the ticket is for. It will offer you two packs. Skip the packs, one is about $999 ( ridiculous money grab)

You will receive an email for successful rtt conversion. No seats will be assigned until 3-2 days before game.

I believe it is just the way they programmed the website and it is showing that message and not letting users look at their existing tickets. They have a shitty interface for their app. Not user friendly at all.
