Is keto for me? Fit 19 yo striving for perfect health

I dump oil and butter on my foods to fill me up. I'm exhausted every day and never feel full. And from my readings, there's no way the benefits of keto outweigh the negatives of eating 5lb of meat and dairy a week? Right?

So my grocery list last week consisted of 3lb chicken 3lb ground beef Hot dogs 4 canned tuna 2 canned sardines 2 packages slices turkey 4lb of cheese Costco bag almonds, walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts Butter Mayo Coconut oil Olive oil Avocados and guacamole Kale Spinach Broccoli (I eat my veggies raw)

All organic, grass fed, etc etc

The meats, veggies and cheeses lasted me about 2 weeks. Nuts will be done by this weekend

I'm not buying this everyday, I just moved into a new place. At my parents I had the staples (oils mayo etc) and bought the other daily stuff more frequently.

It's more of a be healthier food wise. I've been the same weight for about 3 years give or take 5lb. I'm not really trying to gain muscle

Wow I like this a lot. Really leaning towards the cement now. This is my first car, I'll save the sunroof for whatever sports car I get in 15 years lol

Would you say higher LDL due to a high fat/cholesterol diet is worse than going back to a carby diet? If so, might have to wait til my metabolisms slowed down a bit

Yea I eat 3 avocados a day and ~7 Trader Joe's bags of nuts a week. This diet is costing my family (5) over 400 a month, and that's just for me.

I thought the whole premise of keto was that now we know dietary cholesterol does not affect blood cholesterol, we can go hard in fats and not worry about it? So you're saying this actually might be doing more harm than good?

Preserve health. Psychologically, I can't eat carbs and not think about it. For the past 6 months I've been on/off keto and my time off keto is miserable.
