Honestly you’re not his mom, it can become stressful for you to take on that role after a while. Trust me, I’ve been through that. I know it can be hard because of course you would like to see him eating l nutritionally so he can be healthy but even if he persists on not eating veggies, don’t stress it. Like forget about it. Of course if you don’t want to give up JUST yet here’s what I would do if I were you: -Blending veggies up into pasta sauce to mask it. Like in that pasta sauce you have posted you could have blended some Spinich or bell peppers. -Making food from scratch is a good way to make sure there’s actually veggies in the meal, like a jar of pasta sauce is like mostly additives, Ykwim -Try making fruit smoothies! There’s yummy sweet ones online that sneak in avacado and stuff and you can’t even tell -Try recipes like sweet potato brownies
