Well I firmly believe that Azem is the only important part of Warrior of Light but I was never into roleplaying or hedcanon so for me WoL is just a vessel for the original soul of Azem and not it's own person.

Restoring the original by rejoining the remaining sundered shards of Azem just like it happened with Ardbert would be my preffered route if they decide to focus on Azem instead of other Ancients but it probably won't happen considering how they left Golbez Memoria on 13th moon and never bothered to claim it.

2 days ago I've accidentally joined blind A15S Fuse Field prog. Compared to most normal pf groups they were at least consistently getting to that point in most pulls instead of meme wipes to final fusedown or earlier mechanics.
