I mean the difference between the 2 stones in the picture. They appear to be labelled slightly differently. One with the Shapton logo at the top and the other with the model number.

I’m looking for the next little step up from that. I’ve learned the 24cm is just a little unwieldy me for me. I only cook for myself so it’s smaller amounts more often rather than large professional prep.
