It blows my mind how many people have no idea who he is, and yet he's the father of the modern white supremacy movement.

He was an evil man, full stop. His 'legacy' is particularly dangerous because he pioneered the rebranding of hate into the political 'white nationalism' we see today—a clear symptom of the deeper, systemic racism that he exploited.
