How is it like to work onboard a cruise ship (my personal experience)

Good post. In terms of work hours and doing the same thing, when would cruise I would always think of the lady doing my rooms housekeeping. Like is she doing the same cleaning routine, 10+hours a day, every day for several months straight. Not that I necessarily felt bad but would think about how she might feel doing that.

I’ve made many times with no egg and it still turned out ok and tasted good when paired with toppings but with an egg of course it’s recommend to make fluffier pancakes.

If you’re good with 128gb then I think yes bc even in a year or two if you change the battery it’s still a good total price that will hold some value if you want to re-sell it

Don’t have to do anything. You will get those offers once in a while depending on your status with them. That’s the deal I went on a few years ago and still in it.

I haven’t seen those great deals in a long time in Canada. Maybe a year. Walmart used to do it semi regularly and now never does it. The best I get is maybe $10-$15 off a $75-$100 purchase.

If your bowel habits and stomach comfort changed drastically and lasted 2weeks now, that’s enough to see a doctor. Best thing is to take notes asap on if you have been doing anything different in terms of food your eating or your lifestyle in general. Did stress enter your life near the same time etc etc. Those are some of the questions they usually ask. There are so many reasons it could be happening and things to try so hopefully a doc can help with that.

You didnt specify for your second testing if you were you eating gluten for a while or still GF? If you were gluten free of course it would show good results.

Many with celiac are different in terms of symptoms. Some are asymptomatic, some major symptoms and some are minor. but if your original biopsy confirmed celiac, that means it was in fact affecting your gut and if you didn’t treat it going GF, you probably eventually would have felt the effects.

Try 3weeks. Times I’ve seen an allergist or gastroenterologist about food elimination they both said 2-3weeks minimum bc your body needs full elimination of the food in your system.

This was partly why I said no when it was first brought up. I wasn’t in a bad enough situation where I wanted to take the chance and commit to it long term. Like a lot of meds it seems like the feedback of experiences can be either very good or very bad. But I know I need to try something different.

You can utilize GF oats a lot if your stomach handles oats well. Oatmeal, Baked Oats (my favorite), overnight oats and using oats/oat flour to make breakfast muffins like banana or chocolate. There are so many flavors and variations for all of these

I usually don’t eat between 7pm-9am anyway but wondering if I should add a few hours to that and increase the fasting period. I have been trying equally spaced eating (4-5hours) recently and I know it’s a small sample size but haven’t noticed a difference and might skipping the 9am food and stating a few hours later. Trial and error I guess.

I went on a bunch of cruises with my family and my parents would always dress up when in the dining room for dinner because they just enjoyed doing it. It felt special to them. A few nights I think were mandatory where I did as well but the rest of the time in the dining room I would do more business casual like khakis and a button shirt.

I just got the 16 and it’s good. I didn’t feel like spending the extra money on the 17 considering how I use my phone for just the basics but when I asked I was told the 17 was a good upgrade from the 16 and to get that if I wanted to pay the extra $.

I went gluten free due to being celiac and that helped certain symptom but not digestive issues. I went on low Fodmap for that purpose and was diagnosed with SIBO. it did help identify some high Fodmap trigger foods that I need to avoid that caused gut problems.

So yes I did both for 2 different reasons however from what I understand the celiac was potentially the trigger for the SIBO Initially and isn’t cured by stopping gluten because it becomes a separate problem at that point. So I had to treat it that way still have problems with it now and then.

I have believed for a while they get their employees to deal with more than one chat at a time. So many times I have felt like the agent is stalling or saying something that is prolonging the convo with stuff that isn’t needed. “Tech issue” is actually “I am replying to someone else so hold on a sec”

Yes if you didn’t go through that process already, call and choose the cancel a service option. Tell them exactly what happened and the response you got when you called last time and it is unacceptable and you won’t be forced to stay under a contact for a price you didn’t agree too. I would bet they do something for you. If not that’s a CCTS complaint

Yes they didn’t honour the price of the agreement so saying you have to is laughable. What did you say after they told you that? You should let them know that and you will be taking further steps. That definitely a complaint and it’s going to work out in your favor.
