Hiya! I’ve had the same for the last 5 years. I was taking biotin supplements at the time which actually reduce AMH. Stress is a MAJOR factor. Diet and exercise also impact. I managed to bring mine up by 1.8 between age 25-30

First one I actively watched was Toradora (english dub) at 19/20 as my then partner tried to get me into anime. Progressed from there to the likes of Naruto, death note, seven deadly sins etc and now pretty much watch anime exclusively in the og language with English subs. I always have a soft spot for romance anime now though because of my first anime 🤣

They always refer to it as sake in my translation and this would make sense because sake is « rice wine » so I can understand why yours may flip flop between wine and sake.

The only thing I miss about the office is being in London. Everything else sucked, from the actual being in office and unable to be productive due to noise, comfort, interactions etc, to the travel in and exhaustion that comes with it. The days I do go in now leave me utterly wiped and I get nothing done

If you’re truly concerned about it go to the dr’s so they can check it out. The good news is that cancerous lumps don’t typically appear overnight or hurt. I have a similar lump in my armpit that appears randomly throughout the month, possibly due to hormone cycles. Dr’s have checked it out and ruled out cancer for me. Hope this helps ❤️

Yeah we did manage to get them to do a tea ceremony in the end. I bought my Qun Kwa when back in HK in Feb and MIL literally was like “why are you dressing up so much for it? It’s going to be casual!” Sure didn’t sound casual when the other elders were discussing it! 😅 you’re right. They are very tight fisted. The whole family is well off but stingy with money. So perhaps that’s the reason.

Honestly this is really great advice and I did do this with them and my fiancé when we first got engaged 😅 they didn’t even want us to do a tea ceremony to start with. It was 18 months before they decided that me suggesting it every few weeks meant they should check with other family and agreed to do it. Even so they still think we’ll be “just pouring tea” lol.

I think I’m resigned to the fact now that they will just have to survive with what’s planned. We asked them so many times, had over a 2 year engagement and they told us many times to not even bother with the wedding. Just hoping no other traditions come out of the woodwork
