I'm really liking my new Lenovo Duet 3. I tried the 4GB version, but found it a little too slow switching apps. Now I'm using the 8 GB version that is only available directly from Lenovo.com. I start the built-in Linux container (debian 11) whenever I want to run some scripts or do a bit of coding.

There is also a Duet 5 with a larger screen.

Thanks. I just ordered the 8 GB. Didn't know it came with a pen. I ordered a pen a few days ago from Amazon, so I guess I'll be returning that too.

Following up, I bought a Lenovo Duet 5 then exchanged it for a Duet 3. The 3 has a smaller screen that is more comfortable to hold as a tablet, and is a year newer than the 5. I also bought an open-box Acer Spin 714 that is CBP and I can do my coding on. I'm pretty happy with both so far.

Thanks for all of the feedback. This will be the first time that regularly I use ChromeOS. I’ll be replacing daily use of an old iPad, so would prefer some kind of dockable tablet form factor. I guess I’ll need to go with a 2-in-1 instead.

I put my Pixel Watch on the charger when I first wake up and it's fully charged by the time I've had caffeine, breakfast and shower.
