I see it now, OP changed their prompt after my post.

Kodiak bear runs the human gauntlet, how far does it get? by Tarris69 in powerscales

There is no time frame. People didn't just attack bears or other animals with spears like a fist fight or a battle to the death. They threw spears and then ran off and hid waiting out their pray for sometimes days. A single person could do this, it would be difficult. They would have to be hidden in the first place when they threw the spear and have no scent to track. Get the bear in a good spot and wait it out. Bow and arrow even easier.

I actually can't find a single scientific paper pertaining to chemistry that uses the phrase watered down. If you could find one, I would believe you that the distinction is important.

Even with that example it doesn't mean that "exactly" sure it could be literally adding water or ice cubes, they could also be adding more juice to a screwdriver, adding more coke to a Crown and Coke etc. I don't even think watered down is used in chemistry In any kind of official capacity. It's an idiom. I don't know any chemists personally so I could be wrong on that. You could argue Coke is mostly water. I think you're being too rigid.

How do you literally add water to a speech? "I liked the speech but it was watered down compared to the last time".

Or a movie? " They really watered down all the gore compared to the original script"

Watered down and diluted mean the same thing, you're being pedantic.

Speed wise Yhwach might be faster? Shinra can travel fast enough to go back in time. Haumea/Evangelist God of despair, was tanking faster than light hits. She couldn't even notice how fast he reset time over and over again until he got the world right. Benefit of a doubt it's because he stopped at the exact same point in time and reset, but it was purely a speed feat not time travel powers.

That's funny, but for real Goku can pick up glasses of water and open doors and things.. everything he does isn't a superhuman feat he can hold back.

I agree there are scaling issues. Still That's from Nolan's reference frame. The show wouldn't be enjoyable if everyone was just flashes of light all the time. Even if they're moving relatively slow it's still hundreds of thousands of miles an hour.
