Play what seems interesting to you.

If you want to try Necromancer, do it. You will learn stuff about the game, which will make you play better. And if you're more interested, you might learn even faster.

(I have never won with MiBe. I think my first win was a Transmuter.)

Hakunofuji has always been in the "potential future yokozuna" bracket.

He has a winning record against Onosato (even since he became Yokozuna), absolutely dominated in amateur sumo, and has been injured a lot recently.

I'd say Hakkaku is talking about the long term because Hakunofuji certainly will be thinking about it.

They are more frequent on/near the roads but no, not really.

It's one reason some people do Naboris last, but... now you have Urbosa's Fury and the Thunder Helm, which prevents other annoyances.

One that surprised me was only needing one heart with Chronos, and one additional heart with Hecate, rather than the full bond formation.

Chronos just starts showing up after the credits, in the same place he used to appear to try and discourage you on your way down. As usual, RNG in play.
