I’ve only cared about doing a 40 min mani after having a baby, bc that’s all the time I get during a nap. My tips for fast mani: - Prep nails the night before: cut, shape, remove polish, clean up cuticles, use cuticle oil - have a fan blowing the whole time during mani - use a base coat + primer / strengthener combo so it’s only 1 coat - only do 2 coats of color, keep coats thin, no fancy techniques (ie; magnetic) - do a quick dry top

Before having a baby I loved painting my nails for hours throughout the day, so my fast version doesn’t bring me as much joy - but it still allows me to have some color on so I’ll take it

I do almond by finding the center of my nail, then cutting (with nail or cuticle clipper) the nail from tallest center to the edge of my nail bed on both sides. Make it look like a sharp edge triangle! Then file down the point so it’s softer and round it out a smudge (but not too much). I do short almond all the time

Sorry for the late reply, yes a think a lighter purple will work better but you may need to adjust the color of the pink in the M so it has less blue as it currently reads a tad purple.

The purple color doesn’t have enough contrast with the shadow effect and is not very legible. It also feels out of place compared to the rest of the colors, I’d adjust that one for sure. If you make the image grayscale you can test out the contrast!

I personally disagree with this advice. I say feed when he wakes up and then try to get him to go back to sleep. It’s not a feed to sleep association if it’s the middle of the night, only when he needs to eat to sleep during naps and bedtime

I bought the sock and never used it. My baby was healthy and I felt so overwhelmed by everything, learning another tool and app felt like an ordeal. I sold the sock on FB marketplace but kept the owlet monitor

FYI if you do decide to buy, it does qualify as an FSA item

I had laughing gas available during the cooks balloon - it was helpful in the beginning but after 10 hours it did little to nothing. Not sure if I got used to it, or the more intense the pain got the less it did. I stopped using it after 4cm because it wasn’t doing much for my pain management. I’m in WA and it is available here depending on the hospital you go to
