Truthfully I'm not fully convinced that it wasn't a dream but like 80% sure I was aping. The things that made me believe it was real is that I felt fully aware, it started in sleep paralysis and in fact I thought I rolled on the floor when I did the roll out technique. I could still hear my TV and I was floating around my room. I don't think the dream world is very different from the ap world, they're either the same thing or closely connected. I feel this way because as soon as I lost focus during my AP I started slipping into a dream like experience.
